The staff is very friendly, the rooms are clean, well-heated, and offer a nice view, and the beds are comfortable, plus they have a great breakfast selection.

I enjoyed this hotel, the staff were helpful, I liked the location a little out of the centre and a just a 12 minute bus trip, with the bus stop 5minutes away. Breakfast was the normal European fare with plenty on offer. I think the bonus was the size of the room, almost a suite

Very clean, staff very courteous when pressed for answers. A quiet hotel, which was a pleasure in itself. Breakfast was plentiful, though a little spoiled by a family of gannets that pounced on the large plate of eggs and bacon when produced from the kitchen and took the whole supply to their table, apart from a spoonful of eggs - they did this TWICE one mornng and again the next morning, so it was hardly an accident. Not the hotel's fault, but annoying when other guests had waited a while for the cooked food to arrive. Apart from that family of trenchermen, a good service was provided - not a 24 hour reception as claimed on the site, though the room key acted as front door access too.
It was not close to the centre at all, being quite a long walk to the bus stop, plus a 15-20 minute bus journey, which was frequent, to reduce the downside. We were not in a hurry, so the time it took was no great problem, but it is too far from the centre to allow a quick return to the hotel after the cultural tour, change of clothes and back out for an evening session (though you have to do so, of course!). Also, it is situated on a fast and busy main road that is populated by new car sales showrooms, with a couple of less than salubrious erotic shops thrown in for bad measure, so the location lets it down a little.

I absolutely adored the cozy and charming atmosphere of the hotel. The decoration was lovely, with comfortable chairs and beautiful paintings on the walls. It truly felt like a home away from home, perfect for senior people like me. The hotel's general areas were clean and well-maintained, making it easy for me to navigate around with my walking stick. I also appreciated that the staff were always ready to assist me whenever I needed it.
The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is if the hotel could provide more handrails and grab bars in the bathrooms. This would greatly help us feel more secure and confident while using the facilities.

Simple hotel, no frills, very basic breakfast buffet. Easy access to the autobahns, and close to the bus to go down to the center of town. Friendly and helpful staff.

Title: Wonderful Stay
If I had to ask for one thing to make the vacation even better for senior people, it would be for the children working there to pay more attention to details. Sometimes, they forgot to replenish toiletries or stock up the breakfast items early enough.
